Attn: Current Instructors:  Attached is information to help you with your upcoming WLACE Enrichment Course.  Please call us at 766-3001 if you have any questions or concerns.

 


 

Instructor Timesheet:  Please fill out and sign bi-weekly time sheet so that we can process your payment. 

 
Welcome! Sign: Many students have never been to WLACE course locations before.  Please consider  printing out this document to help your students find your location within the building. 
 

Student Satisfaction Survey: Please hand out and collect Student Satisfaction Survey for students.  Feel free to make adjustments or add questions to address specific topics covered in your session.  Students should return the form to you in class.  Please return forms to WLACE after you have had a change to look over them.
 

Instructor Survey: Please take a moment to fill out the attached survey in regards to your last few classes so we can better serve you in the future.
 

Non-Registered Students: Instructors are not responsible for collecting payments.  If you have a student  wishing to participate that has not yet registered or made a payment please give them a mail-in registration form and/or take their name and number and we will contact them regarding a payment.

 

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION: 

All instructors must have complete and up to date information on file to participate as an instructor and receive payment through WLACE. 

Before we can begin to process your payment you must provide a signed copy of your instructor agreement, a signed timesheet, and an attendance roster.

*LLC's must send an invoice in place of  a time sheet,  and must also turn in an instructor agreement and attendance roster.
